This policy explains personal information processed through website inquiries and use.

ABC IP Law Firm processes personal information only as necessary for the purposes below and in accordance with applicable privacy law.

1. Purposes and categories

For inquiry intake, responses, conflict checks and engagement assessment, we may process your name, organization, email, telephone number, requested service and message. Required and optional fields are identified in the form.

2. Retention and deletion

Personal information is deleted without undue delay when its purpose is fulfilled. Where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for dispute handling, access may be restricted for the relevant period.

3. Third parties and service providers

We do not disclose personal information to third parties without consent or another lawful basis. Where service providers support website operations, appropriate safeguards and oversight are applied.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Naver Analytics to understand and improve how the website is used. These tools use cookies to collect usage records such as pages visited and visit times, referral sources, browser and device information and IP addresses. The information is processed by Google LLC and NAVER Corporation. We review it only as statistics that do not identify individuals and do not link it to inquiries.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking all cookies may prevent some features, such as submitting an inquiry, from working.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Minimum information may be requested to verify identity.

6. Security

We apply safeguards appropriate to the nature and risk of the information, including access controls, transmission protection, logs and internal procedures.
